At Hoppy Jumpers and Feeders, we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping for all your orders. We primarily use USPS for its cost-effectiveness, especially for small and micro packages. For those requiring guaranteed delivery, FedEx is our preferred carrier, though it is a more expensive option. We are flexible and will ship using any possible method that ensures your order arrives safely. Please note that all orders will include a handling fee of $3 to $8. This fee helps cover the additional costs we incur to ensure the safe transit of live animals, and we strive to keep it as low as possible for our valued customers.

Safe packaging for live arrivals

We take extreme care in packaging to ensure your live feeders and jumping spiders arrive safely and healthy. Our feeders are packed tightly in a secure box and will include a cool, heat, or phase pack as needed to maintain optimal temperatures during transit.

Our jumping spiders are carefully prepared: they are fed the night before shipping and then neatly packed into a deli-type container. This container is then placed inside an insulated box along with a phase pack to regulate temperature. To help save on costs for our buyers, we sometimes reuse boxes, which are very expensive. Rest assured, all reused boxes are clean and structurally sound.
